Our shipping carriers run Monday thru Friday and not on holidays. Every possible effort is made to ship orders in a timely and professional manner. Please note the following:
- Re-routing or change of address requests that occur once an item has shipped will incur a $15.00 fee.
- Shipments which are undeliverable will be charged the actual shipping rate upon reshipment.
- Note that all shipping time frames on our website are estimates only.
- Shipping is non refundable.
- The day of the order is not calculated in the shipping time frame, at times it can take 1 – 2 days to prepare the order for shipping.
- Global CBD is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once our carrier indicates the item has been delivered we consider the order complete.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- We will not be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. Most consumers will not be charged. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.
- If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund.
- You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES
- Free shipping on all orders with two or more items shipped in the USA.
- Free shipping on all auto ship orders regardless of quantity shipped in the USA.
- Standard shipping is $7.50 in the USA.
- USPS Express Priority / rate begins at $14.99 and will increase with quantity and weight.
- You can have a signature required upon delivery for an additional $3.00
NOTE: Shipping date begins when it is received by the shipping carrier. Normally packages are shipped within 24 hours of the order being processed but at times may take up to 48 hours.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES
- Rates begin at $13.30 and increase based on weight and destination.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL OR TRACKING INFORMATION?
Our system automatically sends confirmation emails as soon as an order is placed. In addition, we also send tracking numbers from USPS as soon as your product ships. If you did not receive either please check your updates, promotions and even spam folder. If it is not there then your firewall protection may be blocking our email. DOES GLOBAL CBD SHIP OUTSIDE THE USA?
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER SHOWS DELIVERED BUT I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?
This is rare but it does happen. We fulfill the order and ship it via USPS, once the post office delivers we consider our job completed. However, if the package is missing, perhaps stolen this is bad news for everyone. You have two options, you can contact the post office and submit a claim, but they require you wait 30 days from the marked date of delivery.
